Shipping and Returns
At 6 Sigma, we aim to despatch products within 1 business day, this is subject to the product being in stock. We will inform you if a product is out of stock or will not be dispatched within this timescale. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days from date of despatch depending on customers location.
*Due to issues related to COVID-19, our couriers are trying to manage extremely high volumes of packages from ourselves and many others. This means shipping from us and delivery from the courier may experience slight to major delays. We are doing everything on our end to minimise any delays, however this will not always be possible. We thank you for your patience and understanding at this time.
6 Sigma provides free shipping on Cockpit products.
6 Sigma only has the capacity to ship orders to residential and commercial addresses in the 10 provinces and 3 Territories in Canada. We are not able to offer shipping to any military, PO, APO and FPO destinations.
We use FedEx and Purolator to send all of our CA orders. Orders have a transit time of 3-5 business days. Shipping times do vary due to location.
We reserve the right to use discretion in circumstances where it makes more sense to use an alternative delivery method.
6 Sigma will not be held accountable for any delays in shipping due to customs, courier delays or unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
When your order is despatched from our Distribution Centre, we'll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to our courier’s website to tell you the current status of your delivery.
We are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays so please allow an extra working day for this.
6 Sigma ships all products in their original packaging straight from our manufacturing warehouses, so our customers can receive the products in immaculate condition. If you should receive a product that has been damaged while in transit please contact us so we can work with you to make things right.
